    Our team are here for you!

    One of our team can visit you at home to personally design your package. On confirmation you will be assigned with an event manager who will be your point of contact that will be available to you via phone and email in the build up, during and after your big day!

    Bespoke and comprehensive catering packages designed by you, for you!

    At The Hospitality Group we know it’s your day and we want you to have the menu and wedding package you really want. We will work with you to design:

    ▫️ wedding breakfast

    ▫️Table wines/drinks (subject to venue policy)

    ▫️ Buffets

     

    Once you have an idea we will arrange a tasting session for you!

    Leave the rest to us....

    We will organise and prepare your table layout, set up the full venue and the plate presentation.

    We can even organise your wedding cake!

     

    Our experienced chefs will prepare, cook and present your menu at your chosen location. We will liaise with the venue and yourselves to work out all logistics for your day.

     

    Waiting staff, Bar staff, Dinnerware and Glassware, Table hire and Chair covers and sashes are all available to hire!

    Starters:

     

    Seafood cocktail- fresh Cromer crab balls, seasoned smoked salmon & crayfish served with classic Mary Rose sauce, dressed leaves and brown bread.

    Chicken liver pate- chefs signature pate made from cream, brandy & seasoned chicken livers served with whole meal toast and homemade chutney.

    Carrot and Ginger soup- purée carrot and fresh ginger served with sliced chives and toasted farmhouse bread.

    Crispy beef salad- fried strips of British beef dressed in soy & ginger dressing served with pickled carrot and sliced mangetout.

     

     

    Main courses:

     

    Slow cooked lamb shank with creamy mash or dauphinois potatoes, seasonal vegetable and red wine jus.

    Roasted chicken supreme served in a mushroom and thyme sauce and sea salt new potatoes.

    Grilled sea bass served with salsa verde, parsley butter potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

    Roasted stuffed aubergine stuffed with chickpea ragout & served with risotto verde topped with Parmesan crust.

     

     

    A Sweet Ending To A New Beginning!

    Desserts:

     

    White chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake- chefs white chocolate and peanut butter mix served on sweetened biscuit base with salted caramel sauce.

    Deconstructed Elton mess- meringue drops served with strawberry coulis and whipped cream.

    Cheese and biscuits- choice of Brie, mature cheddar, Stilton, Wensleydale and cranberry cheeses served with homemade red onion chutney and selection of biscuits.

    Platter of miniature assorted deserts- choose from macrons, profiteroles, chocolate brownie, chocolate strawberries or Elton mess slices.

    Sweet tables are available on request you just have to decide on 4 of your favourite deserts!
